Greet clients warmly and create a peaceful, sacred environment
Assist clients with check-in/check-out and retail purchases
Educate customers on womb wellness products and services

Ensure safety protocols, professionalism, and client confidentiality at all times
Communicate daily updates, client needs, and operational notes to the team
Qualities We’re Looking For
Punctual, reliable, and consistent
Fluent in Haitian Creole and English (required)
Warm, grounded energy and excellent interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and communication
Passion for holistic health, womb work, or spiritual wellness
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a calm manner
Ability to hold space for women going through vulnerable experiences

Familiarity with POS systems and retail experience (preferred but not required)
Requirements
Must be available for evening and weekend shifts
Must be fluent in Haitian Creole and English
Prior experience in a retail, spa, healing, or wellness environment preferred
