About The Womb Spa

The Womb Spa is a sacred healing space dedicated to the spiritual, emotional, and physical wellness of women especially Black women on their womb healing, birth, postpartum, and feminine restoration journeys. • Greet clients warmly and create a peaceful, sacred environment

  • Assist clients with check-in/check-out and retail purchases

  • Educate customers on womb wellness products and services

  • Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Haitian Creole

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and energetic integrity of the space

  • Restock products and update inventory as directed

  • Ensure safety protocols, professionalism, and client confidentiality at all times

  • Communicate daily updates, client needs, and operational notes to the team

Qualities We’re Looking For

  • Punctual, reliable, and consistent

  • Fluent in Haitian Creole and English (required)

  • Warm, grounded energy and excellent interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and communication

  • Passion for holistic health, womb work, or spiritual wellness

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a calm manner

  • Ability to hold space for women going through vulnerable experiences

  • Open to learning and being coached in womb-centered language and practices

  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail experience (preferred but not required)

Requirements

  • Must be available for evening and weekend shifts

  • Must be fluent in Haitian Creole and English

  • Prior experience in a retail, spa, healing, or wellness environment preferred

  • Must be comfortable working in a spiritual, womb-centered space

  • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs (for product restocking)

  • Must have reliable transportation

  • Must align with the mission and values of The Womb Spa
