Her compassionate and empathetic approach allows her to connect deeply with her clients, providing a safe and nurturing space for them to explore their emotions, experiences, and personal journeys.

In addition to her mental health expertise, Asha is also a skilled doula and birth worker. Recognizing the transformative power of birth, she is committed to helping expectant parents navigate the beautiful and sometimes complex process of bringing new life into the world. Her extensive knowledge of birthing practices and her warm, supportive presence make her an invaluable asset during the sacred and vulnerable moments of childbirth.

Asha's commitment to holistic healing extends to her practice as a reiki healer. She embraces the belief that physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being are interconnected and that healing should address the whole person. Through the gentle touch and energy balancing of reiki, Asha promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and overall harmony, enabling her clients to tap into their innate healing abilities.

As a Haitian American, Asha honors her cultural heritage and incorporates ancestral wisdom and traditions into her work. She recognizes the importance of cultural sensitivity and strives to create inclusive and affirming spaces for clients of diverse backgrounds.

Currently, Asha is excited to be accepting doula clients for births in 2023 and 2024. She is dedicated to providing comprehensive support throughout the entire birthing journey, from prenatal preparation to postpartum care. Her nurturing and empowering presence ensures that expectant parents feel deeply supported and valued during this transformative time in their lives.

With her holistic approach, blending mental health expertise, spiritual therapies, and her role as a doula and birth worker, Asha Edouard is committed to guiding individuals towards achieving profound health, wellness, and self-discovery.
